Removed the old security level strings.

Pier Angelo Vendrame requested to merge pierov/translation:remove-letterbox into tor-browser

These strings are now hanled in other branches, so removing them from the tor-browser branch.

Also, adding a missing update for onboarding.tour-tor-network.description, and in general updated to the latest versions of the strings from tor-browser.git.
