Integrate Mullvad Browser chrome into our Figma library

The browser chrome won't be very different from Tor Browser's, save for the omission of Tor Network-specific elements like the circuit display, onion site icons, ".onion site available" pill, etc. However we should check-in on toolbar icons (specifically new identity), and any extensions that may be bundled in the final privacy browser.

This ticket is half done, but is currently waiting on signoff of the stable application icons in tpo/applications/mullvad-browser#3 (closed) before visuals can be posted.

As far as I understand it, this issue is already addressed by tpo/applications/mullvad-browser#39 (closed).

We're not planning to do any further chrome customization at least until the first public release.

Yep, we're good here! I'm just leaving this ticket open as a reminder to tidy up our universal design library with the latest changes to the chrome.

Yes please! It's the "Main logo" you'll need here – the platform-specific application icons are for OS-level stuff, and the generic logo is the one to use within the app itself.

Maybe also double check that the stable icon we're using is the latest one from the Mullvad Browser Branding file too.

Ok updated with the nightly and alpha logos. Also updated the stable logo as well. Does this look accurate to everyone? (Figma link)
