Find out whether VPN users prefer to include or exclude apps

The current version of the Tor VPN pre-alpha routes all apps through Tor by default. Then, when "Protect all apps" is disabled, users may choose to opt-in individual apps instead.

However at least one user has since mentioned their preference to exclude, rather than include specific apps. We should find out how many other users share this sentiment.
