Collect feedback on the new onion routing diagram

As part of Project 9, we produced a new illustrated diagram to explain the concept of onion routing:

This is intended to replace many different third-party illustrations of onion routing that we've been using on our websites, in slide decks, and in training materials, etc.

Tails went through a similar process to update their own onion routing diagram several years ago (see tails/tails#18450). After producing an initial version, the Tails team collected feedback at the end of a round of usability testing, and made further improvements to the diagram in tails/tails#18571.

In order to ensure our new diagram is understood correctly by the audiences we're presenting it to, we should also collect feedback using similar research methods to Tails.

In the future, we also intend to extend the new diagram with additional versions to explain related concepts such as using bridges, onion services and HTTPS too. This work is being tracked in tpo/community/outreach#40075 (moved).
