Get Bridges - India - User Research Plan

Goals

This is pilot research to understand how users under controlled networks connect to the Tor network using bridges and how it impacts the user experience when browsing using Tor Browser. The main goals are as following:

Understand pain-points during the current flow
Learn about possible opportunities to educate users in context

Audience

Regular Tor users, new users, advanced users

Recruitment

  • India Interviews (Q42020-Q12020)

Methodology

We will have a full day of moderated 1:2 user interviews. We will use our BBB room. We'll ask for consent for recording screens.
