context

in !48 (merged) we added a release post for 11.5a7
however, it erroneously (extraneously?) indicated we were bumping tor to 0.4.7.4-alpha in this version, when in fact we had already made this bump in 11.5a5

changes

here, we correct that, and will also correct it in the TB changelog with a forthcoming MR to tor-browser-build (see http://eweiibe6tdjsdprb4px6rqrzzcsi22m4koia44kc5pcjr7nec2rlxyad.onion/tpo/applications/tor-browser-build/-/issues/40459)
