Improved clarity on explaining the types of Tor relays and the technical requirements.

I improved clarity of the types of tor relays page by making the term "relay" consistent as opposed to node. I also added a text diagram showing what a typical Tor circuit looks like for visual purposes. I also modified the relay requirements page by adding a summary section at the bottom of the page detailing the requirements for each relay type as bullet points.
