Modify CondoInternet.net section to reflect current information

As a company CondoInternet is dead. After a few mergers, CondoInternet became Wave Broadband, and Wave merged with RCN and Grande to become Astound.

Astound disallows servers and proxies, according to their AUP: https://www.astound.com/policies-disclaimers/acceptable-use-policy/

While I am no longer a customer of Wave/Astound, when I asked them back in 2020, they are unwilling to give static IPs, and I believe this is still true.
