snowflake: add details about auto-updates for Docker method.

The docker-compose.yml was updated to include the watchtower container, configured to update itself, and snowflake every day.

The docs detail how to update your self-compiled snowflake proxy, but didn't have any information about the Docker method, this commit, along with the MR referenced above fixes that.
