feat: Replace FPO text Tor Logo stand-in with Tor Logo

This MR replaces the text reading "(Tor logo)" which has sat in the header until now, where an actual logo for Tor (and a link back to the Tor project homepage) should sit, with the actual article.

This commit is the initial delivery of that change.

Closes #56 (closed).
