Some fixes for the new donate-static project

Hi I have identified a few things that should be fixed for this project.

  1. Lektor packages should be downloaded locally and added to the packages folder in lego (we don't pull packages from the internet).
  2. Can we find a way to download needed JS locally and add it to lego as well? We are a bit wary of using npm at build time and would rather have all the files that the website needs in its repository or lego.
  3. tpo.lektorproject should be called donate.lektorproject [minor]
  4. Please delete .htaccess-membership (this was in tpo master and should not be here).
