Update stripe library

/cc @gaba @smith I wasn't able to come up with a proper estimate for updating our stripe integration, but I was able to actually update the stripe integration. Stripe publishes a guide for upgrading from the old library to the new one, and it made the upgrade a breeze.

Not fully tested yet, I'll need to build the site in test mode and test with a test card. So far everything looks good though.
