Remove btcpay for onion site

We've deprecated the donate onion site, so the crypto page no longer needs a second btcpay form for onion sites.

The btcpay form has also been updated to work better without javascript, removing the plus-minus buttons and making the amount textbox more obviously editable when javascript is turned off.
