Switch to common CI template

Jérôme Charaoui requested to merge new-gitlab-ci into main

Use the common lektor.yml to build donate-static.

This should provide a build process identical to the previous .gitlab-ci.yml, except for the LEKTOR_ENV logic which doesn't seem to actually do anything: there is no reference to it either in this repo, in lego, or in the Lektor source code itself.
