Please build also the single-page version of the documentation

For #122 (closed) I've added a single-page version of the docs to include it on Tor Browser.

Initially, I've thought that you didn't want to build it with the pipeline. However, if it is okay for you to do so, we'd be very grateful, because we could avoid having Python 3.8.x on our machines etc 😄 .
