reorganize section about obtaining bridges

Restructuring the whole article here.

Adding the instructions right here. This is available on the offline manual.

  1. New structure:
  • Obtain bridges
    • Request Bridges from within Tor Browser.
    • Obtain bridges via Email.
    • Obtain bridges via Telegram.
  • Entering bridge addresses
    • Tor Browser Desktop
    • Tor Browser Android (I had a strong intention to point to https://tb-manual.torproject.org/mobile-tor/ instead but that page needs to be structured a bit differently which is for another ticket 🙂 ; also we have an exception of documenting instructions for Tor Browser for Android here anyway, which is quite reasonable.)
