Rewrite of outdated FLASH PLAYER part of contents.lr

In the text I have provided source for every statement I have made, feel free to remove those if you find them unnecessary.

Since the Chinese version of Flash Player still gets updates and Tor has many users from China, I think it makes more sense to rewrite this part rather than just delete it.
