update obfs4proxy to lyrebird in the documentation

In "My antivirus or malware protection is blocking me from accessing Tor Browser", we need to replace obfs4proxy with lyrebird since tpo/applications/tor-browser-build#40869 (closed). I checked executable names for

  • windows lyrebird.exe
  • macOS lyrebird
