Improve documentation on Onion Services and HTTPS

The "What do the different onion icons in the address bar mean?" support page needs improvements to better inform users on the security expectations for Onion Services with HTTPS with different certificate flavors (self-signed, custom CA, DV, EV).

These changes aims to expand a bit the current explanation.
