Improve note on Ubuntu Focal Tor repo
When using this guide, it was not clear to me that I had to change something in the link before it would work. My problem was only solved because someone helped me on the forum: https://forum.torproject.net/t/tor-not-up-to-date-on-ubuntu/1200
Hopefully this change makes sure no one else makes the same mistake.
