Add section on the download page linking to the 'tor-expert-bundle'
So for context ( tpo/applications/tor-browser-build#40397 (closed) ) we will be enable building a standalone package of compiled tor, tor dependencies, pluggable transports, and bridge lines intended for down-stream application developers to integrate into their applications. The goal here is that application developers for apps like, onion share, ricochet-refresh, etc will be able to easily integrate latest PT tech w/o having to go figure out tor-browser-build (the current 'best' practice is to extract these binaries from the current tor-browser build, which kind of sucks).
These packages will be available (and versioned) with Tor Browser releases, initially just alpha but then also stable after the esr102 transition in November.
I'm thinking we could have a section after Tor Browser for Android on the /download page or maybe wherever the tor windows bundle is currently posted (I can't seem to find it lol whoops). There would be 1 tar.gz bundle per supported OS/architecture tuple:
- Windows x86; Windows amd64
- macOS amd64, aarch64
- Linux x86, amd64 (and eventually others as they come online)
- android x86, amd64, arm, aarch64
and associated .asc sigs for each .tar.gz file
We would also want to update the website by editing the same versions databag text file we currently use for tor-browser releases.
Longer term we would need write some developer documentation on how to use/integrate these things into apps.
