make some sort of tag in markdown for current tor browser release

There are parts of our documentation when we mention the version number of Tor Browser, for example when talking about a file. This number should be automatically updated to current Tor Browser, so we can save some time.

This should be available from the markdown directly, for example with !tor-browser-current-version-number.

Example of use: https://github.com/torproject/support/pull/101/files
