Transition former people to new status on about page

After a quick pass of the about/people page, and discussion on IRC, I did a quick pass to update the status of people I know.

This only removes aguestuser, as they indicated they didn't want to continue to be involved, and the rest are just slight language adjustments to move them to 'former' status.
