Redirect Issue: torproject.org/download

When accessing https://www.torproject.org/download, the session is getting redirected to https://www.torproject.org/download/download, an unnecessary redundancy in the URL.

That's the way our wml setup works, we don't have files on the top level. I don't think this causes any real issues. Please reopen if you can demonstrate a problem with this.
