I updated docs/en/short-user-manual.wml and about/en/contact.wml. I didn't remove the community-support address on the contact.wml page. What are we going to do with it? I say we drop it completely, but I'll wait for other people to comment before closing this ticket.
The plan was community-support@ was free, volunteer, best effort support. help@ was for paid support with timelines for responses. community-support was going to exist for all the reasons it does now. help@ was never going to replace community-support.
I'm still not clear that RT is what we want. In this current situation, we're going to point the world at RT, maybe find we like or hate RT, and then have to migrate everything again to some new system, new addresses, and discover love/hate all over again.
In my opinion, we should not tell the world about RT at all, until we can think through how this is all going to work.
