Fretch Gradle over HTTPS when prepaing android toolchain build

For some reason we fetch Gradle over HTTP right now (although checking the SHA-256 sum). We should use HTTPS.

This looks good to me. I merged the patch to master as commit 1e09514cd1bfdeba863a84929edfc21ede3f8b9d.

Note: there are two other commits in the branch bug_29632 that seem unrelated (and that I didn't merge).

Yeah, that was correct. I made the mistake and used the branch for initial work on #29623 (moved) (due to the bug numbers being very similar).
