Consider to rename the Bandwidth file KeyValues
They don't follow the same naming patterns after adding many of them. If we decide to change them, it would be better to do it before #29754 (moved) and #21377 (moved). Assigning 3 points because it needs to be discussed.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
