Test distributor

onyinyang requested to merge onyinyang/lox:test-distributor into main

The lox-distributor and associated changes from !271 have been moved here to be merged with the main branch since we can move all of the test related features into a test-branch feature. The changes to lox-wasm will be added in a separate MR and should be merged with the testing branch.

Together these MRs should close #62 (closed) and enable #77
