Standalone proxy: use standard notation of "inbound" and "outbound"
Right now, the standalone proxy increment the "outbound" count when it receives messages from SF client and increment the "inbound" count when it writes to the relay. It will be better to use the standard "inbound" and "outbound" notation to include everything regardless of traffic logic because:
- proxy runners might have a limit of inbound/outbound traffic imposed by their ISP or hosting service provider, and they will be using the standard way to count
- it's less confusing and more consistent with everything else
- traffic logic shouldn't matter to proxy runners
