Now there is a file per plaform to provide releases information. Android
is also included now in the list of platforms, with commit brings
support for android apk's in gettor.

We also fix some issues with macos platform not being recognized after
the platform has being renamed (from osx64), and move to use win64 as a
default option for windows.
