Expose a resource status page for bridge operators

Bridge operators want to know if their bridge works. Rdsys knows because it talks to bridgestrap. Why not teach rdsys to expose a "bridge status" page? Tor could then log a URL that points directly to this status page, e.g.

https://bridges.torproject.org/status?type=obfs4&id=ABCDEFGH1234567890ABCDEFGH1234567890ABCD
