Change Description

Updated the label from "Security Settings" to "Security Level" and added a description which reflects the current security level (Standard, Safer, Safest)

How Tested

Go to settings and verify that the current security level is shown in the description (right below the label, as shown in the screenshot above). Tap on it and change the security level. Verify for each security level that the description updates as expected.
