Update "Security Settings" menu item

On Android, the menu item that links to the Security level page is labeled "Security Settings". Could we update both the menu item and title of the page to "Security level", in sentence case please?

Also, could the menu item reflect the current selection too—e.g.

**Security level**
Standard

In the same way that other options like Search, Tabs, HTTPS-Only Mode and Notifications do?
