Bug 42076: Remove theme options from UI

clairehurst requested to merge clairehurst/firefox-android:bug_42076 into firefox-android-115.2.1-13.0-1

Due to anti finger printing, we don't allow the user to change the theme (its always purple, not dark or light). The UI for the option should therefore be removed
