Change Description

Remove more calls to nimbus to record events, even if they should be NOPs cus we disable nimbus. Best just not to do

more defaults instead of checks with nimbus vals

Also disabled reengagement service, that looked bad and just direct a new tab to a mozilla url

How Tested

Tor browser still runs on android, going to sites works
