Change Description
Rebased Mullvad Browser to 102.11.0esr.
Range-diff before squash looked clean-ish (apart from the network process on Windows patch, that we already on MB, but now has been backported to BB 12.0, too).
Diff-of-diffs looks cleanish, too (like the other rebases, we have a few differences in indentation because of a clang-format).
Should be merged only after tor-browser!635 (merged) is merged and base-browser tagged.
