Implement an apps team release bot
When we close an issue, we have some stuff to do, such as linking it to the rel prep for the changelogs creation and possibly some more labels cleanup.
I think we could implement a bot that reminds the assignee or the person who closes the issue in case this hasn't happened e.g. within the first business day after this has happened.
(it would be lovely if it reminded of the relprep issue numbers for the next releases
I think it'd be easyish to create, and we could even expand its features over the time.
E.g., it'd be great if it could understand that a commit needs to be cherry-picked, but it'd be harder (unless it looks for keywords such as "cherry-picked as").
However, we'd have to decide what we want it to do/what we feel it's important to do when we close an issue.
