Bug 41634: Remove reference to OpenSSl 1.1.1b in tor warning message to avoid defective openssl version false positive on Google Play Store

Following #40737 the build directory is prefixed with $projectname.

We still had several translation enabled in Firefox dependencies also
for testbuilds. This made Firefox build again when translations
changed even though we did not use them.

Also, clean up other files that should not be on Privacy Browser, such
as the skeleton of the default profile, which Privacy Browser and Base
Browser do not have.

They will be visible and clickable in about:buildconfig.

Add the ClientTransportPlugin line for conjure to the torrc-defaults for
desktop all platforms.

Add a conjure project and go dependencies to reproducibly build the
conjure client on all platforms.

If clang is insalled, building hfsplus-tools should work without
container.

libdmg-hfsplus fails to build with openssl1.1:

In tor-browser#41587 we have disabled the updater for Base Browser.
However, this also disable the compilation of mar tools, so we should
make their copy conditional, which this commit does.

Add the needed targets needed to build privacy browser.

Create placeholder files for the NSIS installer and for the DMG.

MOZ_APP_BASENAME has direct effects on directory and file names, too.
So, we need to adjust the firefox project to use the custom names.

Fix the regexp used to find android apk files (to exclude .apk.asc
files).

Disable rlbox for now for build-reproducibility
