HFS DMG are not deterministic

I forgot to test !627 (merged) for determinism yesterday before having it merged.

I did it now and found that:

  • HFS embeds a UUID, we should modify the tool that creates the FS to use a deterministic one (all 0 sounds like a not so good idea, but what about copying the volume name?)
  • adding everything in the right order might be a good idea, too
