Allow customizing MOZ_APP_BASENAME

MOZ_APP_BASENAME has direct effect on directory and file names.

Customizing it for Privacy Browser could be a good idea, but we need to support this change in the build scripts.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
