Unblock nightly builds

We didn't have a working nightly build in a while, because:

on linux, namecoin patch fails to apply (#40845 (closed))
on all platforms, because of dependency changes in obfs4 on the main branch (#40850 (closed))

In an other ticket about a possible updater bug, @pierov suggested we get working nightly builds by temporarily disabling namecoin patches, and setting obfs4 to an older commit.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
