Drop cryptoSafetyPrompt.properties line

The file cryptoSafetyPrompt.properties was deleted in tor-browser!965 (merged), and is no longer part of tor-browser branch in the translation repository, but tor-browser-build still try to copy the file in tor-browser-build. I imagine this is giving an error message during the build.

/cc @pierov can verify this and remove the line?

Such an error there would result in a build failure, so...

This seem to apply only to en-US, for which we don't copy files, but other languages still have the file there.

I can remove the file from the build script, but we should probably remove them from the git repo as well .

Ah yes, you're right that the other locales still have the old file in the translation repository (plus some others that are unused). I'll clean them up after !1051 (merged) lands.
