Drop the openURL property from the update
After mullvad-browser#411 (closed) and tor-browser#43567 (closed) neither Tor Browser nor Mullvad Browser use the openURL property for showing the release notes.
As such, I think we might be able to stop setting openURL for Tor Browser and Mullvad Browser alpha. We should double check that openURL isn't being used for anything else though.
