Change Description
In #41221 (closed) we added tags to Snowflake and Conjure to try to reduce their sizes.
However, one of the tags doesn't work on Windows, so we should remove it.
How Tested
I've tested only the builds succeeds in all x86-64 versions of all the OS (Windows, Linux, macOS and Android). I didn't test other architectures.
@cohosh told me she added only tags that disable code, so removing this tag will add some code back again.
I didn't really test the PT on its own, but I think we can verify in the next nightlies.
