Change Description

Updated libdmg-hfsplus and switched to LZMA compression for dmgs.

How Tested

Checked:

  1. the testbuild can be still opened with the oldest macOS version we support (10.15)
  2. that hditool says we compress the .dmg with LZMA
  3. the filename of the new libdmg-hfsplus artifact

I couldn't test the signing process, but it should work.
