Bug 40039: Remove version_path in nss project

Instead of just updating version_path I removed it, as it is only used in one place and does not need to be updated for each release.

See "perldoc Template::Manual::Filters" for the documentation about the "replace" filter we are using. We need two backslash in "\." because one of them is removed by the double-quotes.
