Drafted because we still haven't -build2:
- tor-browser#41775 (closed) is still linked and in the changelogs, it's easy enough to review, but not strictly needed (I can remove it and adjust the changelogs)
- we're waiting to hear from Donuts if there have been regressions about S30 functionalities
