Change Description

Cherry-picking from main didn't work because the patches for conjure and webtunnel refer Snowflake's patch.

I think the approach of patche files works very well for this project, a fork would be better, but it should disappear sooner rather than later.

The nightly build should be fixed in this way, but I'd like to have someone from the AC team to verify the patch and the builds. I will link and ping someone when they finish.
