Change Description

This commit disables the copy of the debug symbols for Linux i686, even though it doesn't disable their generation on the Firefox project.

Hopefully it'll be easy enough to get symbols also on i686, so I preferred remaining as surgical as possible.

I think we can try to see if the symbols work on 13.5a1.

How Tested

Built testbuilds for Linux x86_64 and i686.

I checked that both still succeeded and that only the 64-bit one created the debug symbols.
