Change Description

Enables building rpm and deb packages for Tor Browser, for x86_64 and i686. Currently only for alpha/nightly: #41126 (comment 3019458)

How Tested

Tested that the packages build and install fine in Debian and Fedora VMs, and that the browser is running correctly.
